Sporty & Chic

Hello friends!

It’s been a cool minute since I’ve done a style post. Between all the baking, cooking, Lunar New Year, and now pasta making, I’ve simply been living vicariously on other' people’s feeds to binge the latest fashion shows and trends. I also haven’t been going thrifting as much lately because I’m trying to save whatever extra money I can to do big things in the fall.

It was a Saturday morning just like any other when I was trying to figure out what to wear to brunch with my friends. Since the weather is sunny but still chilly here in LA, I wanted to wear something a little bit cozy but still breezy. In the end, I decided to wear this vintage knit dress which was originally my mom’s. In fact, I’ve worn this dress before in an old blog post about my obsession for Le Chiquito Jacquemus bags and I’m glad I’ve hung on to it.

Since the neckline of this dress is quite deep, I decided to pair it with a basic black sports bra, gold accessories, and Reformation kitten heels.

A little sporty, a little modern, and perfectly cozy for brunch.

This is the outfit! I love how the chain texture repeats from my earrings and necklace to my purse, which is thrifted. As always, I would love to hear your thoughts and do let me know of any trends you’re currently obsessed with in the comments section down below.

xx

Kiana
