Style: Cotton Button-Up
I suppose you couldn’t tell by looking at these photos that it’s the middle of winter here, but that’s the luck of living in SoCal. My style has been very neutral if not monochromatic lately. I just love the way a monochromatic look creates a sense of seamlessness and polish. White was my favorite color even when I was little girl because as I used to say, “White goes with everything”. But then in my high school years, I became obsessed with teal, even ombred my hair to be teal like a mermaid. I definitely think that was my peak hipster phase.
Now, we’ve come full circle and I am very much in love with wearing white again. I’ve started collecting cream silk slip dresses, cottage core puffed sleeve tops, and I’m currently on the hunt for the perfect vintage baguette bag to pair with all of my favorite pieces.
A friend of mine helped me take these photos at a nearby park. It’s truly the hidden gem of Redondo Beach. With beautiful rose gardens and historical cottages, it’s the perfect spot to snap some photos.
I’m wearing:
7 For All Mankind cotton button-up
UO lace bra
Nasty Gal eyelet skirt
Norstrom Rack kitten heels
Vintage Coach shoulder bag
Hope you are having a lovely week!
xx
