Style: Layering Silk

I shot two looks during my visit to Palos Verdes. For this look, I was inspired by the romance of wearing silk for Fall or Winter. It’s not practical in the functionality of staying warm, but I love the idea of styling pieces throughout various seasons just a single one. Here, I’m wearing a vintage silk dress and a knit crop top I thrifted a few years ago. Shoes, bag, and clip are also items I already owned.

I hope to go thrifting soon and find some new pieces. I wouldn’t be surprised if I fall in love with another silk dress (not that I need another one).
