Buckle, shove, wait. As the plane starts to take off, I lean back and drift away to the song FOOLS by Troye Sivan.
A slight feeling of nausea sets in as my body has difficulty adjusting to the 39,000 feet above sea level. 'Laptop, check. Chargers, check.' I think to myself as I run through a mental checklist of the things I packed. Two hours later, I notice gigantic peaks of mountain tops piercing into the clouds below. Mountains turn into trees and dark crystal lakes; then, as the plane descends, the trees turned into skyscrapers and suburbs. "Welcome to Seattle, folks," the flight attendant says over the intercom.
